The Space:

As a resilient home, Casa Sagrado #3 is equipped with a robust 100kw generator and a substantial water cistern, boasting over 1000 gallons of capacity along with a reliable water pump. These features ensure uninterrupted power supply and a sufficient water source, even during challenging circumstances.

The Neighborhood:
Casa Sagrado is located on Sagrado Corazon Avenue very close to the Train Station, a CVS, and Sagrado Corazon University. It's a mostly residential area with a mix of single family and multi family homes along with some Condominiums. Sagrado Corazon Avenue connects Hato Rey to Santurce from South to North so there is some vehicular traffic in the area, but being a one lane street it is rather quiet.
Other Things to Note:
Casa Sagrado has a total of 8 units that can host a total of 30 guests, so there will be other guests in the building and area, but you could also rent multiple units if you have a larger group.
-All communication must be on the AirBnB message thread of a confirmed reservation. You must download the app on your phone for all messages to display correctly. -Puerto Rico’s infrastructure suffers from spontaneous outages. That being said-power, water and internet may suffer an outage during your stay. If it is essential that you have these services uninterrupted be sure to book one of the listings that has a generator; otherwise, I recommend booking a hotel. No refunds will be granted for power, water or internet outages.

Loved the apartment. Stayed three weeks. Location was good for everything. Loved walking everywhere. Great if you like to walk and explore the area. Otherwise we took the bus which is nearby and free. Also enjoyed watching the kids play soccer immediately behind us.
Was a reasonably priced nice place to stay making it a short uber trip to most places we had to go to for this trip or a lengthy walk on some occassions we didnt mind. Around the corner is El Patio where we got amazing food and coffee on two occassions.
Super clean apartment and excellent communication with the property manager. It’s in the city, so noisy, but we were told that would be the case. Overall a good stay @ a reasonable price point.
Very clean, all as described. Two in the sofa bed was a bit of a stretch, would probably advertise as 5 people with one sleeping in sofa bed. Love the soap dispenser in the shower and the property is very appropriate. Pleasant stay.
Stayed 3 nights in Jul 2023

Puerto Rico Family Trip
This property was nicely decorated and really clean. Parking was great, location was good. The issue we had was we didn’t have hot water for any of our stay. Also access to the laundry facilities was a must for us booking this and trying to get a hold of the host to get access to them( they were behind a locked gate, was difficult. an
We enjoyed our stay, however in the evening you car hear your neighbors partying. Very poor insulation and your hear outside noises too. In rest, it's clean and nice property.
Really enjoyed our stay!!
Host: AMAZING!! Communication was great! I heard from the host before the trip, and they even checked in after the first night to ensure everything was okay.
Facility: Beautiful!! Clean!!! Spacious!!!
I would definitely come back
The casita was clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable and the A/C's kept the unit cold. The location was great, very close to old San Juan. Only drawback is it was very loud early in the morning. The windows do not have glass panes only metal shutters which lets a lot of outside noise in. Other than that we had a great stay
Was attending the Puerto Rico International Swim Open (PRISO) and the drive of 5-7 min to the pool was great, access to places to eat were great, AC was great.... Nothing to complain about, would stay again for sure!!! Thank you for a great 5 day trip...
We had a great time and it truly felt like home away from home. Claudia was a huge help and so pleasant to communicate with. Location is awesome and convenient. There was some construction that took place during our 2 week stay that was uncomfortable but we spent most of our time out and about and understood that it’s for the betterment of the property and future stays will be even better. We will definitely stay again on future trips.
Stayed two nights and able to get around easily. Modern everything, small problem with the TV remote that was not repaired or exchanged out during our stay.
