Beautifully appointed studio apartment

Our family stayed in this studio apartment for the last night of our vacation. The studio is in a residential area and is beautifully furnished with very comfortable beds. Walking distance to many sites. Shared rooftop deck and common kitchen areas in the main building were great bonuses.

Great unit for short stay

The unit that I stayed at excellent for short stay bit if you are staying for a long term (which I did) I would have chosen one of the bigger units. The location is great but DO NOT rent a car. The parking situation is horrible no parking available anywhere and if you are staying in the Metropolitan area you can walk or Uber. If you plan to go venture out in the Island then yes rent a car. The location of the unit, you can walk everywhere.

Short but nice stay!

Really cute 1 room apartment! Really neat building that offered a communal rooftop deck and cool-water jacuzzi. Although the room had all basic amenities, there is a full communal kitchen if you need to do more serious food prepping/cooking. The building is pink which was really fun for our small children. The area is nice but not a ton of restaurants walking distance, although UberEats, taxis, Ubers are available. No parking on premises but we got lucky with free street parking, right out front. Wifi was spotty and the futon was broken. And we had to message the host to figure out how to get to the communal rooftop. But host/s are very responsive and helpful! It was a short dive to old San Juan and the airport. Perfect for our last night in Puerto Rico! Thank you for our stay xx

This property was nice for the most part, it is a great central location to a lot of walkable places to eat and the beach is not far at all by waking or Uber if you prefer. The pictures are old but it will look the same just not as new as pictured. The water was room temp which wasn’t bad as we did not stay long but they did just recently have power outage and that could have been part of the issue. The common food area is upstairs on the 3rd floor along with the patio outdoor area. So if stairs is not a problem for you then it will work just fine for a short stay in the area. The street is a one way and there is always traffic at least during my stay. I wished the food counter in the room had a water station in it as we had to wash all the dishes in the bathroom. The star was very responsive and timely in their response via text once I connected with upon arrival. I hope this review helps someone who is visiting around the time I came and went. Enjoy yourself. Puerto Rico owes me nothing. Especially after we went to our second location for the duration of our stay.
