This was our most enjoyable trip to Puerto Rico. We enjoyed the relaxed vibe, actually feels like you live there. The place had all the amenities you could ever think of and have in your own home. The pool area is divine to the point you almost forget the beach which is amazing also. We will definitely be back to this area!

Amazing location!

We stayed here from December 23 - December 30. The location is really what this place is all about! Just steps from a beach that was never crowded, and very close to fun activities - we did a snorkeling trip and a guided tour of El Yunque, and both were within a half hour drive. We also did a day trip to Old San Juan, and it was very easy getting to an from the airport, too.

Wonderful First Experience in Puerto Rico

Really loved our trip to Puerto Rico. Jose was incredibly communicative even before the trip started and his place was the perfect location and size for myself, my husband and our 7 year old. Felt very secure and safe, close to amazing spots, including Luquillo Beach, and wonderful amenities at the condo. Will definitely book again if we return to PR in the future.

Beach Front Elegant Garden Apt

Great time.

The apartment is located in a safe and quiet area. The beach was gorgeous and almost exclusive during the week. It’s closer to almost of the attractions and the airport.

Beach condo

The place was convenient to the beach, mountains, and eateries. Contact with the host to problem solve (directions, etc.) was good. The kitchen was stocked really well to be able to buy groceries and cook if desired. We might have liked a little deeper cleaning, but it was a good place to stay.

Perfect spot for our time in Puerto Rico!

This is a great spot for exploring the beach and El Yunque. Really comfortable and close to both the pool and beach. Just a lovely spot! We loved having a little bed in the room for our youngest - and so did she! :)

Perfect location for relaxing vacation

We had a great baby moon/family vacation here. We split most of our days between the beach and pool which were both just steps from the rental. We also went to El Yunque two days in a row because it is so close—this allowed us to spend one day hiking and another swimming there. We have no complaints about this rental and will definitely be back with our next kid!

Great stay in Puerto Rico

The property was as described, steps away from a lovely beach that we frequented during our stay. No problems at all getting access to the condo, Jose checked in with us several times to see if we were doing well or needed anything. Condo is great, we enjoyed ourselves a lot.

Great beach access

Very short walk to the beach. There are palm trees and other areas of shade available, and you can walk a good distance along the beach. Only downside are some weeds and branches in some ares. The apartment itself is nice and comfortable. It could use a little sprucing up for some minor items like the hot water switch, a clock and lamp in the main bedroom, and the grill.

LOVELY LOCATION & PROPERTY IN PUERTO RICO

We enjoyed the condo which had everything we needed with a few minor exceptions (TV couldn't connect to cable). The beach was just a few 100 feet away, the condos in Bosque Del Mar are well kept, clean and pretty. Pool is beautiful, clean & easily accessible.

Loved it!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. The kids had their own bedroom and bathroom, and we had our privacy. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed: kitchen stuff, beach towels, toys, and even beach chairs. Steps from the beach, which was always empty! Also steps from the pool, and a small warm kid pool. No issues whatsoever, would highly recommend!

Beautiful Place

The property itself was well maintained. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. We loved how quiet the location is as well. We step outside and the ocean is to our left and the pool to our right. We couldn't have picked a better place! Jose was awesome as well. He responded quickly to any concerns or questions I had.

Family Vacation

Our stay at the condominium fell short of expectations. The hot water never rose above lukewarm, which was disappointing and not ideal for a relaxing vacation. The master bedroom bed was squeaky and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The dryer was also quite noisy and became a nuisance whenever it was running. Additionally, the cookware was outdated, which made meal preparation less convenient than expected.On a positive note, the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Jose’s email communication was clear, informative, and much appreciated.

Well stocked stay in Rio Grande

This place is very well stocked with nearly everything you need for beach days. It was a huge plus to have access to the beach, although the waves will be rough for toddlers. Also very convenient to have a pool in the complex. Keep in mind that due to its location, it takes about 10minutes to get to the main road if you are driving to visit other sites. For families with little ones, the playground is clearly in disrepair and is not very suitable to play on.

Wonderful!

This place was absolutely perfect! The location was exactly what we needed. We traveled during Holy Week, and I was a bit concerned about noise and crowds. However, none of this was a concern! The beach was beautiful, and not overly crowded. The courtyard was beautiful and quiet. The house was perfect for our family of 5 (2 teens and a 10 year old.) Jose was wonderful with recommendations and responsive to our questions. We would love to stay here again the next time we visit Puerto Rico!

Beach front tranquility

This is our second time at Jose’s condo and we hope to be back again. The condo was the perfect base for our vacation in Puerto Rico. The condo is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay from kitchen essentials, beach chairs, toys, beach towels and a wagon to haul everything to and from the beach. The ac units work great and the beds and furniture are very comfortable. We loved being on the ground floor as it made it easy for our kids to walk out and play on the lawn. The condo complex is very well kept, safe, and peaceful. The pool and beach are wonderful and very often we were the only ones there. We will definitely choose Jose’s condo for our next Puerto Rican vacation.

Peaceful

The host send all the information we needed and more. directions to everything, good restaurants to eat and the expensive ones too. Wifi, parking, pool and beach. The place is nice and no noise. Safe place too. You have the Wyndham 2 mins away with casino. Hot water, A/C, TV. I would stay again. Only 35 Mins from airport.About 10 min from Luqillo beach. Great to eat there as well. The host gave us information on all places and kept in touch if we needed anything. Great host.

Wonderful Location

Just spent 8 days in Jose’s VRBO. Jose is a great host! Reached out to us before, during, and after to make sure everything was ok. During our stay, I let him know of a couple minor issues (eg. small leak kitchen faucet) but ones we could easily live with. Jose had someone there the next day to fix them. The unit is accurately depicted by the photos and description. Location is outstanding. The condo complex is beautiful, on a wonderful stretch of beach, and many great restaurants/activities close by. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Great place

We loved our time at this condo. They provide everything you might like for the beach. The complex feels super safe. It was quiet and the beach is really right there. When i read 'just steps away' its true. If you were at a resort hotel it would take you longer to go down elevator than it does to walk to the beach here. The pool is clean and is also beautiful. Beds were fine, i slept on futon couch in living area because i need a firmer mattress and i slept so good. Location is fantastic. We booked a kyack tour for bio luminous bay through pure adventure, fantastic! We also did catamaran tour, fantastic! We drove around eastern coast up the southern side and back. Book it, you will not regret it.

Location, Location Location!

We couldn't have asked for a better location! This condo has it's own private beach as well is right in the middle of San Jose and Fijardo with just a 30-40 minute drive to both. Lucillos is also just 15-20 south of the condo and that is also an area you want to experience! Our host, Mr. Jose was extremely attentive and stayed in touch with me starting 2 days prior to arrival; checked in with me the night of our arrival to ensure we arrived safely as well as communicated with me regularly. He truly cares about his guests as he wants to be sure they enjoy the beautiful island of Puerto Rico! He also made excellent recommendations for food and activity and we couldn't have enjoyed our time as much as we did without these recommendations! Thank you Mr. Jose! We can't wait to visit Puerto Rico again and your hospitality is greatly appreciated!!
