Beautiful minimalistic deco style first floor apartment This complex offer to our guests: 5 pools, jacuzzi, lazy river, playgrounds, mini golf, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts. Just 4 minutes walking distance to the beach.

Beach and grounds are quiet and peaceful but close to water sport activities.

A car is recommended as UBER service or public transportation is limited around the complex.

Great place in Aquatika

Nice place to stay with family. The apartment is well-equiped with lots of extras like tennis rackets, equipment for the mini-golf, and beach chairs. Everything is brand new! The location is nice, just a short walk to the little beach. There's no restaurant or store on site so you'll need to drive everywhere.

We had a wonderful week stay. The condo is fully renovated and very comfortable with nice touches like the art on the walls and a large wall mounted TV in the living room. We were able to easily cook simple meals in the kitchen and loved that there was a washer dryer available too. There were plenty of towels for the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. Having the beach trolly and beach chairs was a real perk which we enjoyed. The actual resort is beautiful, impeccably maintained with many options for the pool. We used both the small pool right next to our condo and the large resort style pool just down the path.The location of the resort is convenient to shopping and activities. I recommend renting a car. We were able to do our shopping at a nearby (about 15 min drive) Walmart which had everything we needed. We also did a rainforest excursion, a snorkeling tour out of Fajardo, and discovered a very gentle beach. Also a short drive away that is in a bay and therefore very calm. The owner Michael was really easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had. Although it is a fairly large resort with many apartments at no time did it feel crowded or loud. We could always find loungers by the pool and even though there were clearly other guests around it never felt like a busy hotel where you feel like you are competing for amenities. This condo is a real Gem and I hope we get the chance to return!
