This space is perfect for families or a group of friends, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Whether you're gearing up for a day of exploration or winding down with a relaxed evening, this centrally located gem provides the perfect setting.



The Space



Located in the vibrant and lively Miramar neighborhood, this stylish apartment offers a perfect mix of comfort and convenience. Ideal for small families or groups of up to 4 guests, this apartment provides a welcoming home base for your Puerto Rico adventure. Please note that the building does not have an elevator, so you’ll need to take the stairs to reach the apartment, and there is no designated parking. Additionally, a nightclub located below the building operates on Fridays and Saturdays.





The living room is bright and spacious, accommodating up to 4 guests comfortably. The large, comfortable sofa is perfect for lounging after a day of sightseeing or enjoying a quiet evening in. Take in the stunning views of the vibrant Miramar neighborhood through the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. Whether you're having a morning coffee or an evening cocktail, this area provides a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of natural light.



We are dedicated to ensuring your stay is both comfortable and convenient. For your ease, we provide two trash bags, two rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and one dish sponge. Each bathroom features dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also supply one bath towel per guest. Please note that laundry detergent is not provided.





The apartment features a modern, bright, and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Whether you are making a quick snack or preparing a full family meal, the kitchen offers a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, blender, and coffee maker. Open the doors to let in a fresh breeze while you enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal. Just bring your groceries, and the kitchen is ready to go!



We’re committed to ensuring that you feel right at home. The apartment is stocked with freshly laundered linens and towels for your stay, ensuring that you have a comfortable and convenient experience.





For local transportation, we recommend using Uber, as it’s the most convenient option for getting around the area. If you're planning to explore beyond San Juan, renting a car may be more practical, as Uber and taxis can be harder to find in outlying areas. Although the apartment does not have designated parking, there is a parking lot across the street and some street parking available nearby. Please note that parking in this busy area may be limited, so plan accordingly.





Please be aware that the building does have a backup generator and a water cistern. However, occasional and unplanned power outages may still occur due to interruptions in the electric company’s service. Thank you for your understanding. The host will not cover the cost of a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation due to interruptions in water or electricity. If water or electricity is disrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel their reservation and request a refund for the unused nights. However, refunds will not be provided for nights that have already been used.
