Gorgeous view, peaceful retreat and very comfortable. Loved the balcony and wonderful breeze. We enjoyed the nearby bio bay, snorkeling, beaches, rainforest and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. You need a car to get around to the nearby attractions.

Great space, great views, nothing is walkable so need to have a car but easy to get to beaches, restaurants, excursions, snorkeling, bio bay, rainforest! Secure parking, secure building. Having beach chairs, umbrella and cooler was perfect!!

Terrific apartment

We stayed for a week. The apartment does indeed have an amazing view. You can see all the way to Icacos and Culebra beyond. It is very comfortable. You can create a wonderful cross breeze by opening the sliding door and the windows. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved this beautiful condo and the patio had the most amazing views - more than I had even hoped for! Beds were super comfortable and kept us cool at night even in the heat of summer. Condo provided a rolling cart, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels and made our trips to the beach easy and comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would 100% book here again!

Beautiful Stay

We enjoyed a beautiful family vacation in July and stayed here. The location was ideal with plenty of places nearby for dining and leisure. Check in was easy and the condo felt very safe. They had 24/7 security at the gate and there was access control into the condo as well. When we arrived, everything was ready for our stay. The view and breeze on the balcony at night was amazing.It was very clean inside and if we had to communicate with the owner, they were fast and efficient. The condo was quiet and we definitely recommend.

Beautiful condo, Incredible view

We absolutely loved staying in this beautifully updated and comfortable condo. The view is beyond amazing and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the boats come in and out of the marina. When we had an issue with the shower drain not working, our host was quick to send a handyman who fixed the problem. The high speed internet and smart TV were very much appreciated by our teenager who asked if we could come back here again, to which I said, absolutely! We went zip lining, kayaked the bioluminescent bay and ate at several great restaurants. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return.

Beautiful condo in great location

We loved our stay! The condo is beautiful and the location is perfect. The only thing that could’ve made it even better was a mini split AC unit in the living area. It was so hot in Puerto Rico for the end of September. There is AC in the bedrooms but not in the living room. If no AC is in the living room maybe add a tv to the bedrooms.

Breathtaking Views

This property is definitely 10/10! The pictures and description does no justice compared to actually be in there! From the views in your bedroom, on the patio, the kitchen, even walking out the front door, you definitely are surrounded by beauty! NOTE: PLEASE READ THE WHOLE EMAIL LOL! Fantastic Fajardo

The view from the balcony and the cool ocean breeze really made our vacation! Not only did we enjoy all the activities and restaurants availablein the Fajardo area, but every morning and every evening we enjoyed watching the eastern horizon over the ocean. We barely hadto use the air conditioning as the cool breezefrom the icean krpt the apartment cool most of the time. It was greatto have a full size refrigerator and a full kitchen for preparing meals when we weren't going to local restaurants. Several beaches are close by and all kinds of outdoor activites are available in the Fajardo Area.

Beautiful condo & amazing views!

My cousin and I stayed in this condo for two nights in March 2024. The property has so many positive aspects! It's a beautiful condo with all the amenities you could want. The two bedrooms have great beds, closets, air conditioning, and plenty of space. The kitchen has a coffee maker and all the necessary utensils/plates, there is a lovely living room area, and an amazing balcony overlooking the water. The views are truly fantastic, and there are chairs and a hammock for the balcony. An added bonus is the free parking, a secure area to leave the car, and coin-operated laundry on the lower level ($1.75 for a wash and $2 for a dry. Double your quarters--two in one slot--for the dryer.) There is a pool and hot tub too! The only downside was that the bigger bedroom closer to the parking lot can have a few noise issues (such as a car alarm that went off three times the first night we were there), but that is probably rare and can't be controlled. It is possible to walk to local restaurants, although we had a car and drove. It's a short 15 minute drive from the primary ferry that takes you to Vieques and snorkeling trips (both of which we did). I would definitely stay again! The hosts were fast to respond and super nice.

Second verse, same as the first!

Back for a second trip and once again it was another fabulous stay at this property! The views are second to none and top the list for this property. Being able to pay in the hammock or simply sit out on the balcony watching the boats from the nearby marina and simply overlooking the water every day leaves you mesmerized. Other than the views, the host is incredibly accommodating whether through communication, or setting you up with some necessities for those traveling in. There’s beach chairs, coolers and so forth that you don’t necessarily bring with you when flying in. Going above and beyond Mrs. Maldonado knew we wanted to stay here again even as a group of 5 (2 couples and a child). She set us up with an air mattress for the youngest. The place was just as clean as we remembered and everything worked as it should. This trip we took the time to enjoy the enormous pool to ourselves one late morning as well! Check in once past the gate is a breeze and exactly as described. The process at the gate is a little bit of a struggle trying to talk to the gate keeper through the intercom to give all info when you first arrive. However I understand the need for it due to the extensive security for the building which is worth the initial 15 minutes to do so. Book with confidence, you will not be disappointed.

This location has the nicest views you can find. Everything you need is right there. We used the pool, the laundry room, saw the sun rise and set. I couldnt recommend this location anymore.
