The day of check in the host messaged me the wrong property address, so we were trying to enter the wrong house. When the entry code did not work I attempted to contact the host but he did not respond. I then called the VBRO customer service number and the man helping me was not able to get ahold of the host either. He said his supervisor would call me back but they never did. Eventually we realized on our own by looking at old emails that the host had messaged me the wrong address.
Stayed 2 nights in Jan 2026
