- Top-floor penthouse with elevator: 1 Bedroom with 2 full baths, elegant modern kitchen with pantry, dishwasher and to-die-for terrace (450 sq ft) with prime ocean and winter whale watching views. Top-Floor Privacy with high ceilings. Ideal for couples that want to have their own bathrooms. Living room has a pullout sofa for an additional adult or two small children (12 and under).
Casa Del MarPhase ll is a small, gated complex with excellent 24-hour security, a large pool and hot tub, as well as a kiddie pool with ocean views. There is also a tennis court.
Additionally, guests gain access (not signing privileges or discounts) to adjacent Zoetry Hotel Casa Del Mar, where you can access 6 more swimming pools, 2 additional hot tubs, three restaurants and pool and elegant evening bars.
