Las Residencias is a boutique resort with just 8 units in a 3 story building. It is on the same property as Casa del Mar Golf Resort & Spa. The resort offers beauty and quiet elegance without the commercial trappings and crowds of many Los Cabos resorts. Enjoy the service of food and drinks at the main pool where there is also a restaurant, health club, spa, and concierge. The hacienda-styled complex is gated and has 24-hour security.

The condo is a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath unit with full kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry room. It is a spacious villa that is fully furnished with top of the line kitchen appliances complete with everything to serve a beautiful meal. The unit features custom hacienda style decor in every room, stainless steel kitchen appliances, and granite countertops. You can accommodate up to 6 people using the existing beds & up to 8 with rollaway. The bedrooms and living room have sliding glass doors that disappear into the wall for complete indoor-outdoor living with breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez, white sand, and lush landscaping. The balcony has a beautiful, private infinity spa / hot tub to relax and capture the beauty that surrounds you. Enjoy the private pool that accommodates the eight condos in the building.

The week at Las Residencias includes eight rounds of golf that can be played at three different world-class golf courses: Cabo Real Golf Club which features a multi-themed, target-style course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., Club Compestre Golf Club, a Jack Nicklaus design, and beautiful Puerto Los Cabos Golf Club, a Jack Nicklaus and Greg Norman design. The golf has a value of approximately $1600. Each course has a small cart fee. Puerto Los Cabos is all-inclusive of food and drinks!
