"I really have no complaint about LA CASA DELLE DEE. It was a first time experience to have self-check-in, not have a concierge and have everything work digitally. So it was interesting and scary but Mary was extremely helpful and patient. It's enough to put someone totally unfamiliar with the set-up at ease.
