"The communication was amazing, the location was great, the room was very big with comfortable beds. We were staying on the search floor and it was very challenging without elevator. And the room was too hot without air condition. The kitchen sponge was really dirty and there was no hanger in the shower for the towels. Overall tho was amazing"

"We requested a king bed and got two twins, one of which was horribly squeaky. Every time I moved while on it, it screeched.... Not great when we already knew we'd get very little sleep having to get up at 2:00 a.m. for an early morning flight. Plus, the front desk people flat out ignored me on a couple of occasions when I approached the desk with a question. I don't know if I was supposed to do something special to get them to acknowledge me and to help me. I assumed my presence at the desk would indicate I needed some assistance."
