Bernadetta was extremely welcoming and personalised our stay in varying ways. The property is a little like trying to access fort knox although Bernadetta simplifies the task by sending through the required codes and instructions. We loved the styling in the dining room with antiques purposefully placed and the magnificent Murano chandelier commanding all the attention. The breakfast is a must to made mention, simply delicious especially the magnificent Torta di Mandorle (Italian Almond cake) ...

It was fantastic! The room was beautifully decorated and the ammenities great. Thanks for the bottles of water! There’s a lounge with coffee and tea. The contactless check-in was a breeze.

This place is an absolute gem in the heart of Modena. Walking distance to the historic town and with convenient parking at the front of the hotel. The room was modern and the bathroom spacious. Raffaela was incredibly helpful and so welcoming. We will come back here!

The location of the hotel is excellent - right in the heart of Modena.
The room was very clean and tidy. Very comfortable to stay in.
Staff were friendly and helpful, assisting us with booking taxis.
One strange thing was that we were asked to drop keys off at reception when leaving the hotel. This wasn't too big of an issue, as they were staffed 24/7 and they were quick to return the keys when we got back. It did make us feel less able to come and go as we please for a few minutes at a time,...

I stayed here 5 years ago and UNA hotel Modena has maintained it superior high standards for its art design, cleanliness & comfort.
It has been a hot summer but all rooms were appropriately air conditioned.
The bathroom is always spacious with a good shower.
Loved my slippers and well-designed rooms.
Parking is ample & easy to navigate.
