"First of all, we had a hard time finding the address as it was not the exact location as shown in the website. Secondly, i have been calling the number from the website to confirm the exact location and when i got an answer, the lady was so rude-until i asked if it was the hotelā€™s number, she suddenly changed her tone of voice(so much of customer service/etiquette), then she did not update her email to confirm we booked for 2 family rooms; and lastly, the rooms smelled/reeking of smoke, light...

"We reserved 2 family rooms and they tried to give us a family room and 2 twin beds. The toilets in one of the rooms did not have a working flusher, the family room had steep stairs to the bathroom. One of the rooms reeked of cigarette smoke!! People were milling around in front of there rooms, almost as if the air conditioner was not working. The place was DIRTY and I mean dirty!! The outside was dirty and the rooms were dirty!! The linens did not look like they have been changed! The bathroom...
