"It is a beach front property. The villa is not beachfront only the studio is. The road leading into the property is rough and not paved and was dusty, luckily we had a rental vehicle. Upon entering the villa, everything was in order except when I opened the kitchen cabinets there were cockroaches that scurried away underneath, eww! Very unsanitary.
