"First of all, we had a hard time finding the address as it was not the exact location as shown in the website. "We reserved 2 family rooms and they tried to give us a family room and 2 twin beds. The toilets in one of the rooms did not have a working flusher, the family room had steep stairs to the bathroom. One of the rooms reeked of cigarette smoke!! People were milling around in front of there rooms, almost as if the air conditioner was not working. The place was DIRTY and I mean dirty!! The outside was dirty and the rooms were dirty!! The linens did not look like they have been changed! The bathroom...

"The place was good, I just got surprised by the 2nd floor because it was not the same on the picture, they did not update the design, water is always a problem in there but thanks to Kuya Arnel he did put aside a water for us in a big BIN, we were away most of the time because we travel all over in Dinagat, and our stay was great"
