PRACTICALITIES
- Self check-in with a smart lock, any hour
- Check-in from 4 pm; checkout 10 am (late checkout often free for 30-60 min without same-day turnover, otherwise from $75/hr; unarranged late departures $200/hr)
- Quiet hours 10 pm - 7 am; no events, parties or gatherings of any kind
- Please book the exact number of guests — anyone entering counts as a guest
- No smoking or vaping inside; no pets — service animals always welcome
- Storage of your items before/after the stay: $100/day
- Two exterior security cameras face the street and one faces the backyard, plus a doorbell camera — outside only
- To help us be good neighbors, an outdoor noise monitor measures decibel levels only — it never records audio.
- Coastal honesty: Pacifica fog and cool evenings are part of the charm — bring a layer; the second floor is stairs-only (first-floor bedroom and bath available)
- Professionally cleaned before every stay; all-white linens washed before and after each stay
- Stays of 3+ weeks include a simple rental agreement signed before check-in
- House-rule violations are subject to a $250 fee — we've never needed it with our guests, and we'd love to keep it that way.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
Per City of Pacifica rules, a maximum of 10 guests may stay overnight and no more than 5 visitors are allowed, only between 8 am and 10 pm; no outdoor speakers or amplified sound at any time, and indoor music must not be heard outside.
