"Room was nice and always clean! Staff at front desk was kind and fast. I really wish you would offer room service! This was not hotels fault but our stay unfortunately got impacted with the neighbors having an intense domestic dispute. Security handled it but frustrating when you want relax and have to hear this going on for some time. But as always love it here and location is perfect."

"Great walkable location for a quick staycation in SF to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The staff were very welcoming at check-in, Aiz helpfully pointed out the extra amenities that our family would appreciate. At check-out Tashi gave the girls a little SF souvenir, which made them smile. We also forgot some yummy leftover food in the fridge after check out. While we were at breakfast at the ferry building we called and the housekeeping staff helped us grab the boxes so when we swung by before driving home they brought it to us in the lobby. Overall great experience for our young family of 4."
