"I'm surprised at how many positive reviews this hotel has. We may have just been unlucky but weren't happy with our stay. Poor encounter with the valet - the man we were dealing with was super rude. Also, $67/night to park is absurd. I would rather just park my car and pay a more reasonable amount ..."
