"This is a lovely unit with a very modest, yet sufficient set up. It is very close to the beach and in the commercial area for San Pancho. It is attached to a gallery where there is someone on-duty / working during the day. Came during the hot season but was able to rest well at night with the AC on."

The hotel is located on a muddy side street off the main road and I called the phone number on the website and texted multiple times to be let in and no one answered or reached out. "My daughter and I came to take surf lessons in Sayulita, but had to stay a night in San Pancho because we love it so much. This place did not disappoint! Originally we had a different room, but the air conditioning wasn’t working so they gave us an option to switch. We were on the top floor and it felt like being in a treehouse.
