We had a nice stay. Maria at the front desk was so helpful with early check in when we arrived earlier than expected. The hotel’s location is great and you can walk around the Wharf and different places. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the house keeping team is the BEST! Would definitely recommend hotel Caza.

Absolutely amazing property along with the best service possible. If you travel to SF frequently, you know most hotels are in decline but this property and its service is well above par. They also went above and beyond to return an item I left in the safe! Great experience and will stay here every time I come.

Loved the convenience of the location of this hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. Had a leaking sink and the tv didn’t work and they got in it and fixed it asap. The cleanliness was acceptable but not great. The amenity fee that you had to pay daily was ridiculous. We didn’t see or use the bikes, the cookie time at night was literally a pack of Oreos. The game room that they supposedly have was boring and half of the games were incomplete or broken. I don’t know what it is you’re paying for, but it definitely was not worth an extra $50 a day, I found that a bit of a joke. The best part about the hotel was the location and how convenient it was to get to everywhere we needed to. It

Hotel was close to everything. 10-15 mins to chinatown, lombard street, golden gate bridge. Staffs was very friendly. Hotel was clean and has security guard at night.
