"Great place to stay with good breakfast options and helpful valet. Rooms are huge and great for families. This was a great location for our trip and right off the freeway. Bed was a little firm for me. Bathroom vanity could be larger since the room is large for a group. Loved that they didn’t use the new Google cast for streaming cuz it never works!! Huge TV!!"

"The hotel is a great place to stay for a visit to Universal Studios. I would recommend walking to the park instead of waiting for the shuttle. It's not a long walk and is less crowded. The room was clean and the lobby market has a decent selection of snacks. However, our room smelled overwhelmingly of bleach and the AC was too loud. Also, the elevator was almost always out of order during the four days that we were there. The parking is convenient and covered. It is a good value for the price"
