STEPS TO THE SAND & across from the famous Crystal Pier, enjoy ocean views from your very own beach retreat! Walk right across the street and pitch your blanket on the sandy beach, fish off Crystal Pier, surf, swim or boogie board to your heart's content! The best place ever to recharge your battery and gain some much deserved R&R! Enjoy the peek a boo ocean view from your balcony, step across the street to several fabulous restaurants, bicycle or roller blade on the boardwalk or just go out for a nice stroll! Have your very own front-row seat to stunning sunsets from the complexes beautiful view deck. You will want to come year after year once you experience this magical place! Keep in mind this may not be the best place for young children as it is a party area of pacific beach and there is a bar across the street that can be loud.

Great place, even better location!

The place is so convenient to anything you could want (food, grocery store, etc.). The location is absolutely unbeatable and the community itself is good! The area could be a little loud, we couldn't keep the patio door or windows open at night, but that was in the description so we knew to expect it.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location. Steps away from the beach. Walking distance to several great restaurants and also the grocery store. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. The unit was clean and well cared for. We would definitely stay here again if we visit pacific beach in the future.

Loved this condo. The location is so much fun! Walked to a ton of little local shops. Good food and coffee spots all around. View of the ocean! People watching all those walking down the boardwalk from the awesome wrap around deck. It was a wonderful time all around!!

Close to everything you need. Park your car in secured underground parking and walk to beach, restaurants and grocery store. Fun deck to sit out on and people watch. Great little breakfast/coffee place right across the street.

Wonderful location and comfortable

We had an amazing time at this property. Location is perfect! Walking distance to restaurants and bars and grocery store. Also gated and covered parking! Only small downfall would be it’s located right next to a night club which can be loud at night so if you are a light sleeper this could be an issue.

Pacific beach

The location and condo were great. It was in the middle of all the action so it can be loud with the music from the nearby bars but along with that comes lots of little shops, coffee shops, restaurants and of course steps to the ocean. The sunset views from the common area in the complex was also great!

Great Location

We had a great visit to San Diego and staying in See the Sea property. It was conveniently located for everything we wanted to do at the beach. A super close walk to a ton of restaurants, shops and of course the beach. We spent more time away from the condo than in it but it was exactly what we needed to come home to each afternoon/evening. Definitely would book this unit again and Warren was an excellent host!!

Definitely returning to this property!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was perfect for our family. The noise from the nightclub was not an issue as it reduced significantly after 11pm. The area was vibrant and the beach was literally steps away. Having the ocean breeze instead of air conditioning was heavenly. We cannot wait to return!

Girls Trip

Great location! We didnt spend too much time in the condo as we were right next to the beach, pier, lots of restaurants, and little souvenir shops. Definitely an upbeat spot if you want to stay busy and be around people. Night life is busy and fun but dont expect things to quiet down until 2am. Check in and check out and communication was easy.

Comfortable beach condo

We enjoyed a long weekend in this unit. The beds are super comfortable which is great after a day at the beach. The club across the street is loud but we closed the patio door and slept soundly. In the front bedroom you don’t hear anything. The unit was very clean with a beautiful kitchen. Definitely on my list to rent again.

Cozy condo

Staying here was really nice. Yes the bar across the street is loud at night but with the doors closed and the fans on you can really hear it. There was also a sound machine provided in the bedroom that we used for our children. The house was comfortable and the location is so great for walking to the beach, for food. If you’re staying here in the summer it would probably get pretty warm in the room considering there is no AC, but the weather was perfect in September. Would definitely stay here again.

After over 20 years, what could go wrong?? Absolutly Nothing. Thank you again for a wonderful five days with our whole family. The cleaning staff is fantastic!! Sorry about the screen door but that happens every year.

PERFECT LOCATION

We had an absolute blast! Balcony was huge and wrapped from master bedroom to living room. Ocean view and delightful ocean breeze. People watching from the balcony was great! Got to watch the karaoke bar across the way. Lots of reviews said it was loud. I disagree, as did everyone in our party. Close the doors and windows, turn on the fans and you can’t hear a thing. Manager was super kind and easy to get ahold of. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!
