BELMONT PARK
Founded in 1925, Belmont Park is a beachfront amusement park and home to the historic Giant Dipper roller coaster and Plunge swimming pool. The Giant Dipper is a 2,600-foot-long wooden coaster and reaches speeds up to 48 mph. Enjoy more than a dozen thrilling rides, attractions, casual restaurants and gift shops. Entrance admission and parking are free.

THE PLUNGE®
Originally built in 1925, The Plunge is newly renovated historic beachside pool in the heart of Mission Beach located in Belmont Park at the Fit Athletic Club., in the heart of Mission Beach. The pool includes historical features from the original structure but now features a contemporary design with floor-to-ceiling glass walls for ocean views and a retractable roof! Swim passes for The Plunge at Fit are available to general public and can be purchased on-site at the north entrance of the pool.

MISSION BEACH BOARDWALK
Also known as Oceanfront Boardwalk, the Mission Beach Boardwalk is a concrete walkway that spans about 3.5 miles from North Pacific Beach to South Mission Beach. Stroll along the scenic waterfront path that’s popular with tourists and locals alike and take in the sights. Enjoy biking, skating, skateboarding and jogging. A variety of bike and skate rentals are located nearby. Our favorite is CHEAP RENTALS – mention you’re staying with the San Diego Beach King for discounts.

The beach house is loaded with features including a Queen foam memory bed converting to a custom black leather couch. BRAND NEW custom kitchen cabinets, all cooking supplies including cooktop, oven, microwave. YES WE HAVE AC & ceiling fan!!! LARGE 4k TV with Netflix, Amazon, Hulu & more! Super high speed WIFI, printer/scan, office desk w/ two chairs. Large custom mirrored closet with slide out drawers & lighting. The large patio has a BBQ island with lots of seating! Custom new bathroom with white Carrara flooring, large storage cabinets, custom sink / waterfall faucets & lighting! Huge patio with bike parking, security lighting, enclosed fence, and 2 PARKING SPOTS ON SITE!!! We are located right on the sands of Mission Beach - step out onto the famous Mission Beach Boardwalk - walk two minutes to the best restaurants, shopping, bars, coffee, and more! We're in North Mission Beach with the cross street YORK - most desired corner in all of Mission Beach!!! We are on the GROUND FLOOR and have other properties in the building - we can sleep up to 50 in the same building!
