Recently renovated 3-bdrm home is a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and modern coastal charm. Ideally situated within Pacific Beach, near Mission Bay. Open, light-filled floor plan. Open kitchen and living room to hang out! New appliances. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Outdoor patio spaces. Guests will be asked to agree to rules within 24 hours of booking. Some additional term for long stay guests (14+ days).

Pacific Beach offers a vibrant day and night scene, famous attractions SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, and Balboa Park are a short drive. Truly make this the trip you want- from museums, to breweries and wineries, to beach walks and paddleboarding, shows/concerts, sunset cruises, ghost tours, professional baseball games and more!

This is a beautiful house in an amazing location. Myself and my two boys (18 and 20) walked to restaurants, The Gym (it's a gym called The GYM - awesome gym!), and had an easy drive to everything else in San Diego.

Lovely property in PB. Easy to get anywhere in SD. Property is as pictured and had all of the necessary amenities. Plus, the host was a great communicator. Would def recommend.

The house was perfect for our family of 7 - we had four adults, two kids under 10, and a teenager. The property was clean, cozy, and very well kept. You are within walking distance of the beach and pretty much a 15-20 min drive from any where you’d like to go. We would definitely recommend this place and if we return for another trip, we would love to stay here again.

Beautiful 3 bedroom house with 2 parking spaces. The house is well take care of, very clean, up to date finishes, and well decorated. Beds were comfy, the house a/c was cool, kitchen was very spacious. This is one of the nicest houses we have stayed at in San Diego. Perfect for our family and we would definitely return!

Good VRBO Home Rental

Michelle was very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay at her Reed property with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The home had new appliances and was very clean and well maintained. It is located adjacent to Pacific Beach and near Mission Bay.
