"A very nice hotel in a great location! I was able to walk around town and get to many local sites easily! They also have bicycles you can borrow for no charge for a beautiful day trip!"

"The beach, tennis and pool were very nice. The location was awesome, walking distance to Belmont Park and mission beach. I’d advise to not stay in building 4, it’s the furthest from the lobby (they have a golf cart to drive you but it’s not always available) and it’s probably closest to trash or something, you can hear trucks backing up first thing in the morning. "

"We were in town for a concert with our teen daughter and her teenage friends. They loved the experience at the Hard Rock Hotel. The decor made them feel like it was a rock & roll weekend. The only small issue was the parking but we got it worked out. We would stay again. "

"Very convenient location for our cruise. Room was kind of old. We had a leak in the air conditioner vent but they came promptly to fix. Then a leak over the sink. "

"Property needs a refresh, rooms were dated and pull out bed to sofa was really uncomfortable, sleeping on springs. The door to our tower stopped working multiple times and we couldn’t get in. Tons of kids everywhere, if you don’t have kids, don’t go here. 20 kids in a hot tub is not relaxing. On site store and restaurant are grossly overpriced. "

"Great place for kids. Lots to do right at the resort, no need to leave, but great attractions nearby. Main pool was great, but get there early and grab some chairs. Signage was not great, took a day or two to get our bearings. Also only one location to get decent coffee and the line was LONG. Restaurant schedules were confusing as one was closed, and the other one served the same menu, then the next day the other was closed. If the6 opened a coffee kiosk in each of the housing ares they’d make a fortune. Overall a great experience, the kids loved it!"
