Location, location, location....Fully furnished Penthouse unit on the 24th floor in a full service building only a block from Little Italy, close to Santa Fe Depot, Stone Brewing, Extraordinary Desserts, the Courthouse, Balboa Park, Gaslamp, and so so much more. It is truly in the center of everything. Entertainment is only a few steps away in all directions! The 24th floor only has six units on the floor and the home only shares one wall. The home has a balcony, views of Balboa Park and Coronado, amazing city views, a fireplace, in unit washer/ dryer, refrigerator, stove, flat screen TV, couch with pull out bed, separate master bedroom with a new queen size bed set, wifi with paid Netflix, fully paid utilities, one parking space, lots of light, high ceilings, and 24 hour security. The building includes 24 hour pool, spa, multiple BBQs, a fitness center, and multiple resident lounges. Move right in with a suit case! There's no need for movers! Home is available beginning August 12th for a two month term and again December 1st for a four month term. Both terms are flexible providing the lease is in excess on 30 days.
