The property is located on a marginal part of the city. Noisy from vehicle traffic and aircraft approaching the airport. Towels in the bathroom were rough and ripped, threads split. Bedsheets very thin. Maid service was inconsistent.

We stayed one night at the property. Property’s location is excellent, walkable to Littke Italy and the harbor which saved us the headache of finding parking. Lots of dining choices nearby. Property is an old building. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room AC is loud which may affect light sleepers. Price is reasonable for being centrally located. Good choice for a short-term stay.

For the price, this was a good option for us. The room was clean with no real issues. We got a fridge and TV and a parking spot. Only issue really was homeless around the building. One was drugged out and passed out in the parking lot by our car and another was right on the sidewalk below our window yelling throughout a portion of the night, which woke us up. We felt safe walking around though.

Affordable especially if you want stay in Little and don't drive. Walkable to all the places to go to and the trolley system is only a few minutes walk. Front desk was able to get me a room even though the one I was initially given was occupied.

Room 101 was the worst hotel room I’ve ever been in. Everything was falling apart like the shower curtain, drawers, sink faucet. The towels were old and hard, phone in room wasn’t working. The only perks to this hotel was the free parking and close proximity to little Italy. Pls don’t stay here!

Great location, but the property needs a renovation. Chilped sinks, cracked tiles, some gaps at the base of drywall. 24 " tv and doors are a bit hard to open/close due to swelling.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access various attractions and amenities in the area. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant. However, there were some issues that detracted from the experience. The elevator was out of order, which was inconvenient. Additionally, some parts of the air conditioning system and the covers appeared to be falling apart. While the hotel offers a good location and a clean environment, I feel that the price is a bit high considering these shortcomings.
