I have never stayed at a hotel so noisy and I travel often for work. Between people loudly talking in the lobby until 11pm Friday night, a bunch of teen girls popping from room to room loudly talking in the halls until almost 1am, and then the noise of the staff come early morning, I didn’t really sleep at all.
We were surprised to know that the pool was under renovation at checkin. We are very disappointed because we chose this hotel for their pool. Neither were we told by Expedia that the pool was under renovation!!

The accommodations were excellent. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast each morning was very good. Thank you to all at the Hampton Inn.
The staff was very prompt and very informative about the amenities offered. My wife and I were very comfortable and will consider staying here again on our next visit.
Giving this hotel 5 stars for these reasons - 24/7 coffee and tea and hot cocoa, clean facilities, big cozy comfy bed, quiet and thick walls, easy check in, free toiletries and strong water pressure in the shower.

Hi.
I found an error in my booking. I ordered Two king beds and I got the confirmation for one king bed & one sofa couch. I was short of of time and decided to clarify the mistake during my check in. When I tried to clarify the order they told me that they didn't make any mistake because you were who did it. I asked them about the contractual and/or business relationship with you and they told me was up to the manager. The "manager" didn't show up until the day I did check out. No excuses for the inconvenience, contrary, he asked me why did I use you because there is no difference in pricing. Believe it or not...

We selected this hotel for location, however the services provided by the hotel and staff were excellent. Staff could not have been more helpful, from the manager (very visible during our stay), to reception and housekeeping staff. The complimentary breakfast was very good, and again staff couldn't have been more attentive during this service.
Rooms were well equipped (even had a microwave). I would highly recommend this hotel.
