This brand new, gorgeous three story home is in North Park, a neighborhood known for its trendy restaurants, boutiques, and musical nightlife. All within walking distance. Ten minute drive from the airport, five minutes to Balboa Park, 10 minutes from downtown (Gaslamp), Sea World, the zoo and less than 15 minutes to the beaches.
