Do not book here, unless you want to catch something that will take 7-10 days of heavy medication to get rid of! This place is flat out gross. Floors are dirty, hair in the sinks and the smell of cigarette smoke lingers everywhere. Lord knows what a black light would show in this place. The facilities are in poor condition. The front desk clerk was completely rude and barely even bothered to discuss where the room was located, how the parking worked and how check out worked. Seriously do not stay here.

I've stayed at alot of hotel's. With that said, this is a Wyndham owned property located in San Diego taboot. So much to note in a review. For starters, alot of trash in the parking lot ie; oil bottles, trash. Rooms are not clean. The head boards were filthy. Curtains had holes, the a/c wasn't mounted properly with air flow from outside. Bedding sheets were clean, but the actual blankets were thin with seemed to be cigg burn holes. Overall the housekeeping needs to be improved immensely by management. If there's no money in the budget to upgrade the facility then the upkeep should be 5 star level. To have paid $400 for two nights comparably to other surrounding hotel's, I wouldn't have stayed here. Don't except much staying here. I knew what I had just committed to so I owned the decision and stayed. Honestly, we all make mistakes and this was a lesson learned. Take your chances and stay here or choose another hotel and sleep sound spending a couple hundred dollars more elsewhere. Trust!

the facility was advertised as non smoking but the whole place smelled awful of stale smoke and marijuana. we never could get the smell out of the bathroom even leaving the door open the whole time; there was no fan in there. we paid for a kitchenette suite, it only had a mini fridge and microwave tucked in a corner. the toilet didn’t flush, you had to open the tank and pull the lever every time. there was hair all over in the shower and the handle fell off every time you touched it. there was no remote so we couldn’t watch tv, tried to call the front desk to tell them but the phone in the room didn’t work. we stayed for 2 nights, the elevator was broken one of the days. we checked out a day early, i’m hoping to get a refund. i’m very disappointed, it’s nothing like the photos advertised on the website.

Seemed more like a hotel people live at. TV didn’t work. Shower looked dirty good thing my wife had liners for the floor. Had paint all over the floor from previous remodel. Rooms smelled funny.

I really like the room with the kitchenette, rooms were clean, bed was comfortable pillows were not. The man checking me in was matter of fact and argued about the room I requested when we went to the room and it wasn’t what I had paid for which was the 2 bed kitchenette and went back to the office to have it corrected. I requested service one day to have the trash emptied, bed made and fresh towels. Got back to the room late that night and nothing was done. Was on the phone requesting clean towels, toilet paper and trash bags so we could empty our trash. They said it was miscommunication, I’m assuming on their part since I was perfectly clear with what I was requesting. The next day was better with my request, however, kept leaving 2 bath towels with 3 people in the room. It was quit comical watching my husband dry off with a hand towel. The first time we stayed was excellent which is why we stayed again this time not so much! The location is convenient for me and the area was comfortable. I did see a homeless individual, however sadly that’s everywhere anymore. My first time the review would have been excellent this time unfortunately my experience was far from acceptable for what we pay for a room we hardly occupy. Hopefully if we choose to try again the service we receive will be more like the first stay then the second.

The sheets and the towels looked clean. However, there was a very bad smell in the room that didn’t go away even though I left the window open for four days. The parking is extremely difficult in that area and my TV never worked for four days, however, I had an Amazon package delivered to that hotel, which I received And I was happy about it. If you come late at night, the reception is closed and you have to talk with the staff through a window in the parking basement breakfast is provided but it was not appealing enough to convince me to eat anything however, the pool area looked very nice , but I didn’t get a chance to go there since it was raining they can really do a little better. The kitchen area in the room did not win my trust so I tried to stay away from it do something about the smell in the room.

We paid extra for a kitchen room, only to arrive and get tolt that there were no cooking utensils, pans or dishes available. There was a sign on the bathroom mirror that said the room would be refreshed every 3 days. It didn't happen and the desk informed us that we had to ask for service. We asked and it still didn't happen. Breakfast was mediocre and the other guests were hauling out as much food as they could carry. Stay Away!

This is a a pretty nice hotel to stay in for the price. The staff were courteous and it’s in a good area with shops and restaurants. The only thing is they will charge for parking.

I had reserved a handicapped room 2 months in advance, & then called the hotel to VERIFY the handicapped room for my husband. The room was confirmed. When we arrived, we were told there was no handicapped room. When we finally were given a room, there was water standing in the bathtub, the room was dirty and the rooms were so noisy!!

Maria was the one we saw first & most- She was AMAZING!!!! The night shift guy needs a lot of customer service learning. He was on his cell phone while talking to me, laughed about my complaint and did nothing for the problem. The door didn't close all the way, but we were already settled, and it locked, so we put a chair in front of it. I had to go down and ask for a plunger for the toilet 3 times- took over an hour half to get a plunger. The rooms on each side of us were noisy. One side is a regular extended stay and they fought each night. Throwing out the F*bombs like nothing. Was advised if we ever came back we'd get a discount. Don't see that happening.

This is the first time I was very disappointed on housekeeping. I left my cell phone charger and cable in the room. I called later and during a period of 4-5 days. Nobody could do anything about it. ... please call tomorrow, please call tomorrow again in the Moy.....bla bla. Obviously someone just pocketed my charger. I had to buy another one. I'll never stay in this hotel again....EVER!!!. Don't leave anything in the room.... you'll never get it back.

This hotel is very clean, and it’s in a nice location. I also liked the fact it was affordable for the suite we stayed in. The hotel personnel & the front desk lady were very nice (she checked us in early for our room). This hotel was pleasant to stay in & I truly recommend it.

We stayed at your hotel last night and a horrible night stay. I booked last minute due to an ER visit close by. We had expected to have a bath tub, free breakfast and a clean room. The tv didn't work at all. We had none of the things that were stated on the website and on top of that the late night attendant was rude. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We would like a refund.

For the price this is a pretty average hotel. However, staff was not on the same page when it came to extending our stay and we were told different things by different people. Their breakfast options were limited and tasted expired and the hotel was generally not the cleanest.

Property needs maintenance. Breakfast room has leakage from top and they put towel. Also they put milk next to it. So chances are you will get water drip in ur milk when you try to get it. Also cleaning wise only they change sheets and change towels I felt like. Moreover there is a $5 parking per night just FYI.

The overall maintenance of our room was shoddy. We had ants in the bathroom, luckily they did not migrate to the kitchen or bed area. There was a gap in the door that allowed air to come in, it required some sort of seal. Walls are thin so you literally could hear normal conversations in the next room. On our second and third nights, our room key did not work and we had to return to the night check in, queue up and wait to have our cards rekeyed. The drapes literally had worn through in dozens of spots and when the morning sun came through it appeared that bullets had gone through. The bedspread and sofa material was worn and soiled, making you feel that they were unsanitary. We came to San Diego on a weekend where an indoor soccer tournament was taking place and hotel rooms were at a premium. We would NEVER stay at this Days Inn again, and quite frankly, I think it is an embarrassment to the Wyndam brand. I will state the pool looked lovely and the adjacent landscaping well taken care of.

The room had plenty of space. The kitchette was equipped with a stove top, full size refrigerator and microwave as well as a coffee maker. The restaurant nexr door is a plus with reasonable prices, an arcade,full bar and a small play area for little ones. It was a quiet place and loxares right off the freway.

We stayed in a room with a double queen. And even though we had a full kitchen, there was still plenty of space. the kitchen is not stocked, but has a full size, fridge, microwave, and heating element for cooking food. Though the cupboards were empty and had no supplies for cooking. We arrived to the hotel a little late… Looking forward to some Jacuzzi time but unfortunately the pool closes at 9 PM…11pm would be better. Also, I did not expect a parking fee, but it was only five dollars per vehicle. Pre-breakfast was nice and it was just enough… waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereal, fruit, and yogurt, coffee, and juice.
