Welcome to our prime location 2BR/1BA fully furnished condo! It is ideally situated just a few steps away from the bay. This unit comes with designated tandem parking for up to two vehicles. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with queen bed and a small desk. There is one full size bathroom, along with kitchen, dining, and living space. You'll find a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and a convenient corner store within walking distance, ensuring you have everything you need nearby.
We provide boogie boards, paddle board, kayak, beach chairs, outdoor seating and sand toys for all guests in building to share. We also provide, BBQ and WIFI.
We can't wait to welcome you to our short term rental, where you'll enjoy the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and beautiful sunsets!

Great location on Sail Bay

Quiet location right on Sail Bay! The unit had everything we needed for our stay! Walking distance to a coffee shop and pizza.

Great Misson Bay location, mostly

Condo was clean, well stocked, and a good home base for our time in San Diego. We loved the access to the calm beach of Mission Bay and enjoyed the children’s sand toys provided. The unit itself does not have a view whatsoever, not even a glimpse. That meant we just had to make it a point to be outside to enjoy the great location, which is alright because we didn’t go to San Diego to hang out indoors. It just felt a little claustrophobic inside with windows that only viewed the buildings next door. It is also worth noting that this is another one of those VRBO listings that technically “has AC” but there is just one portable AC unit (immovable) in the living room, and the cool air does not reach the bedrooms. Be ready for stuffy air if you don’t open the windows. Again, the SD climate is usually mild, so it worked out for us, just a classic case of expectation vs. reality. The owner communicated well, but also put a little bit of pressure on us to check out early if possible. They were fine when I replied that we would be needing our time in the morning, but that was kind of awkward.

Perfect Unit - Amazing Location

Loved it - loved having a keypad for gate & unit, not having to bring keys out. Unit was clean, everything we needed was there. Safe and quite location. Can't beat being on the boardwalk. Will definitely stay again!

Perfectly fine, no fuss

It was perfectly fine. Shannon was easy to work with, very communicative, and the place was great. We weren't there a ton because we had a lot of things we wanted to see, but it was great while we were there.
