I stayed here for six days in early February 2026. Probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in, in spite of its age. The hall floor tiles are gleaming. The room I stayed in was spacious, the bed and pillows comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water. Since the room has neither heating nor cooling, it was a bit chilly in the morning when the outside temperature got to 3c. But the bed was cosy with extra blankets available. The hotel is in an excellent location, only a short walk from the Central Park. Optimal for restaurants, cafes, shopping, and transport. Walking distance to everything. The staff are excellent. They booked a tour to El Chiflon/Montebello Lakes for me. The cost was much less than booking the same tour through online tour companies. I would 100% stay in this hotel again in future.

I stayed in the hotel 1 night. The ladies in the reception are very nice. They allowed me to check in early in the morning. They help me to call the local tourist company to pick me up. The room is clean and quite.

Si, al llegar al hotel me dijeron que la reservación solo tenía una habitación con una cama, cuando reservé decía 2 camas matrimoniales y no querían respetar la reservación. Al final nos dieron a entender que hicieron un favor diciendo que para ellos la habitación doble es de 2 personas no de doble cama. Ese no era mi problema sin embargo se la pasaron alegando el tema. Por si fuera poco, a la hora de pagar la habitación no se efectuaba el cobro y dijeron que mi tarjeta estaba bloqueada cuando claramente no fue así, antes la había usado sin problema. Di otra tarjeta y mi Banco reconocía la operación pero decía que estaba erróneo, no sé que estaban haciendo ellas pero mis tarjetas estaban perfectamente disponibles y aún así ellas hacían mal la operación. Al final tuve que mejor hacer una transferencia y para acabar, la recepcionista con 0 experiencia a pesar de que ya tenía el comprobante y ya le había llegado, seguía dudando que se hubiera hecho la transferencia diciendo que a lo mejor el banco me devolvía el dinero. O sea sin sentido. Las señoras se la pasaron echando culpas a expedía y a mí por todo, les dije que mejor me cancelaran la reservación por el pésimo servicio sin embargo no lo hicieron y al final me entregaron las llaves. Pésimo servicio no sé si sean personas nuevas pero tienen cero expectativas trabajando en recepción y sobre todo en el servicio al huésped. No volveré obviamente.

El hotel es bonito y limpio, muy cerca del centro, el único detalle es que no es para descansar :( se escucha todo, hasta el mínimo ruido se escucha en la habitación y de madrugada si llega alguien se escucha todo su recorrido y no es agradable cuando llegas super cansado y lo unico que quieres es dormir.
