Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2 out of 5) Title: One loud night ruined an otherwise calm stay Most of my stay was relatively peaceful, but one night was completely disrupted by a group of guests partying with their doors wide open, directly across from another room that was doing the same. The noise carried throughout the hall and went on until midnight, making it impossible to relax or sleep. I reported it to the staff multiple times, but they did nothing to address the situation. There was no enforcement of quiet hours, no follow-up, and not even an apology. The rest of the nights were calm, but this one experience really stood out — and not in a good way. A little intervention from staff could’ve made a big difference.

El hotel muy agradable, el personal muy atento, muy recomendable; en mi caso, teníamos auto y el hotel no menciona que el estacionamiento está a tres cuadras y para entrar o salir del estacionamiento debe acompañarte personal del hotel, lo que era algo inoperante, pero todo lo demás super bien.

El de recepción es un PATÁN. Le solicité baño en recepción al salir y me comentó que no tenían (ya había entregado la habitación) afortunadamente un mesero me dijo dónde estaban . Anteriormente el mismo viejo decrépito se había portado indiferente a mis solicitudes de información al hacer check in. Le agregamos que TODO se escucha , los niños jugando en los pasillos, los borrachos llegando de madrugada , las platicas de las habitaciones pasada la media noche. Es un pésimo hotel . Hay opciones mucho más agradables . Por unos pierden todos, el bell boy es un tipazo al igual que la camaristas, hermosa gente.

Excellent location, clean, quiet, and comfortable

Half a block from the Zocalo. Very quiet rooms. Beds were comfortable. The entire hotel was very clean. The staff was amazing at helping us with what we needed. We got to check in early because our rooms were available.
