Stunning Panoramic Ocean Views – 4BR House at Caracol Peninsula

This 4 bedroom home in the Caracol with 3 bathrooms is perfect for a family getaway. With views of both sides of the Sea of Cortez, you will not be disappointed. The home has a spacious family room, in addition to a comfortable living room with lots of sitting area and TV. The master bedroom is located in the upper level with a balcony where you can take in some of the incredible views. The rest of the 3 guest bedrooms are in the lower level with 2 bathrooms. The large terrace next to the livingroom and kitchen is a great space to grill and enjoy an afternoon meal with the whole family as you enjoy the sunset.

PROs: Nice neighborhood; amazing views, roomy, enclosed garage was nice, check in went smoothly CONs: Cannot access grass for dogs, broken down furniture throughout the home, exposed wiring, had to clean every dish before use, broken outlets, one out of every 4 light bulbs worked - if there was even one in the fixture, needs a deep clean desperately, very awkward furnishings, rundown, left over an hour late due to no response/miscommunication at checkout on what's app

Wonderful views, just a bit rough around the edges

Beautiful neighborhood. Quiet, and darn you feel safe and comfortable. Views, front and back, are ridiculous! Beds, bedding, kitchen, chairs, etc. are very clean. Every amenity you think you may need are provided. Lisa, our POC at Vive, could not have treated me or the wife any better. Period. My only complaints are that the place needs a top to bottom PURGE! There's just, in the nooks and crannies, way too much stuff that a dumpster bin out front could take care of. The biggest issue is that it felt like we were in an "Under the Tuscan Sun" movie. Few of the electrical outlets in the house seemed up to any sort of code, and numerous outlets had no covers. Wonderful place, great views and "bones". Just needs a few dollars (pesos?) spent on updating.
