Good central location and surprisinhly quiet at night. Limited breakfast was OK and they stored our bags for an hour after check out. Furnishings are a little dated but bed was comfortable and staff very cheerful. Good overnight stop.

Very noisy and bed and pillows super hard, you can hear next room conversations and people walking in upper floor and halls. Convenient location and close to restaurants and civic center. Breakfast was good and the best was the staff. Good and bad!!

Location is everything. Amazing to be right in the middle of the city center. Not a fancy, 5 star establishment but the service and friendly staff and comfortable common area helps. Thin walls, so no light sleepers. Breakfast could use an upgrade.

Muito bom

A localização do hotel é excelente, bem na rua Mitre, próximo de vários comércios. O atendimento de todos os funcionários foi excelente. O café da manhã é bom. O quarto é um pouco antigo, mas é bem confortável. O hotel não possui estacionamento próprio, mas é possível utilizar um estacionamento para carros pequenos pagando um valor a parte, porém como a região é bem segura, deixamos o carro em uma rua próxima, onde não havia cobrança de estacionamento.

Vieillot, pas très propre, il a fallu l’intervention de la personne de la réception pour régler le problème du chauffage bloqué à fond. Rideaux sales et troués. À mon arrivée on m’a réclamé 1000 pesos pour une soit disant taxe et ce sans reçu. Je ne recommande vraiment pas.

O atendimento excelente, limpeza do quarto todos os dias, o café deixou um pouco a desejar.. não era tão variado mas dava pro gasto, o melhor sem dúvidas foi a localização .. bem próximo de tudo no centro, vizinho ao Mac Donalds .

Experiência razoável.

Nossa experiência foi razoável. O hotel fica numa localização excelente, no centro de Bariloche, mas é um prédio antigo, sem tanta conservação. A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, assim como, as condições do banheiro, que tinha abertura no forro, onde era possível ver bastante sujeira na parte de cima. O café da manhã é bem simples, mas dentro das expectativas. Ficamos apenas uma noite, pois estávamos de passagem para outra cidade.

Hotel parece ser bom, mas nossa estadia foi muito curta para uma avaliação melhor. O café da manha é bom e os funcionários são amáveis. Minha insatisfação ficou por conta de eu selecionar um quarto com cama de casal e ao chegar na habilitação eram duas camas de solteiro que impossibilitava juntar as duas. Como havia chegado de um vôo noturno não pensei muito em voltar a recepção para reclamar, pois as 10:00 da manha ja faria o check-out.
