Wonderful, helpful staff. TERIFFIC breakfast, especially for a hotel that doesn't charge a lot. Access to everything I wanted in Bariloche was right outside the door. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable.

Never stayed here, went to the hotel and was met with a closed door and closed for renovation sign. Then located to different hotel that was cheaper than what originally was paid. Zero communication but its ok the room was superior because it had a mini bar.

O que salva é a cordialidade do pessoal que trabalha no hotel. Todos atenciosos e queridos. A recepção é simples mas é bonitinha, agora o quarto em que ficamos com 3 camas de solteiro foi péssimo, parecia claustrofóbico, uma das camas era horrível, dormi mal todos os dias, uma das camas era encostada na parede onde tinha uma janela estranha, a noite era vento entrando, parede gelada enfim, o quarto em que ficamos tivemos uma estadia ruim. O banheiro muito pequeno, chuveiro ruim. Pagamos um valor alto por ser temporada de neve. Mas não vale nem metade do que foi pago. É um hotel 2 estrelas.

O wifi era um pouco fraco no meu quarto. A calefação era perfeita bem quentinho. Atendimento TOP !!! Café era muito bom e ainda tinha "sobras" para café da tarde. Você podia utilizar microondas e ainda tinha água quente e bebedor a vontade. Custo benefício muito bom a localização era boa perto de tudo perto da mitre e de frente para o supermercado. Recomendo

Valor das diárias caro para um hotel com quarto pequeno, sem mesa nem apoio para acomodar as malas. Além disso, o banheiro do quarto é pequeno, o café-da-manhã foi o mesmo todos os dias em que estive hospedado, e a ausência de elevador dificulta muito o transporte das malas na ocasião do checkout

Prós e Contras

Pontos positivos: atendimento é excelente. Todos os atendentes simpáticos e cordiais. Localização é muito boa, na frente de um supermercado, lojas, aluguéis de roupas de frio, ou seja tudo. Serviço de quarto tem todo dia. Café da manhã também é muito bom e prático. E quando você faz o check out você ainda pode guardar as bagagens até esperar seu voo. As atendentes agendam táxi para levar pro aeroporto. Pontos Negativos: cama desconfortável, quarto pequeno, banheiro minúsculo com cortina plástica no chuveiro, difícil achar o ponto da água quente, ou era queimando a pele ou frio demais. Sem elevador, ficamos no terceiro andar (uma pessoa com mobilidade reduzida teria problemas), o pior de todos é acústica do hotel que ouve tudo, inclusive a chave que é do tempo medieval (não estou brincando), ela faz barulho toda vez que alguém insere. Faço essas avaliações com base nas minhas experiências de hotéis, lembrando que gosto de praticidade e não passo horas em hotel, somente para guardar minhas coisas e chegar à noite. Volto a ressaltar que o me ganhou foi a cordialidade no atendimento que está de parabéns!

A localização é ótima! Bem pertinho de tudo. Os atendentes são ótimos,sempre solicitos. O que não gostei é que o banheiro é minúsculo,se for uma pessoa acima do peso não daria certo pq não cabe,poderia ser maior. O aquecer não funciona direito,tivemos q dormir com meia,luvas e roupas de frio.

El hotel está super bien ubicado, justo en el centro y a una cuadra de la calle principal. Hay muchos restaurantes, cafeterías y chocolaterías cerca. El personal de Recepcion siempre amable y comprensible con los problemas que se nos presentaban ajenos al hotel.

Prédio reformado, bom atendimento

O prédio do hotel é bem antigo, mas foi reformado ficando com um aspecto contemporâneo de bom gosto. São muitos quartos e o espaço de café da manhã é limitado. O volume de água no chuveiro do terceiro andar é fraco. O quarto em que fiquei era bem apertado. Hotel não tem estacionamento próprio. A classificação é de uma estrela.

Surpresa positiva

Hotel muito bem localizado e com tudo que precisávamos( chuveiro quente excelente, cama confortável, café da manhã variado contendo frutas, pães, medialuna,bolos, café, leite, iogurte, suco, geleias, presunto, queijo, ovos, cereais,etc). O quarto era duplo( tinha 2 camas, sendo 1 de solteiro), o banheiro tinha o chuveiro excelente, secador maravilhoso, mas não tinha box( lá o costume é usar cortina), não possui frigobar, mas não senti falta em nenhum momento ( devido as baixas temperaturas). Em frente ao hotel tem 1 supermercado. Só senti falta de 1 espelho no quarto para ver o corpo inteiro, tirando isso o hotel me surpreendeu muito positivamente. Limpeza era boa, recepção com atendimento muito cordial e ao fazer o checkout elas permitem que suas malas fiquem guardadas lá até a hora do vôo. O hotel não possui elevador. Na recepção tinha café, água e medialuna o dia inteiro disponível para os hóspedes. Tem Western union próximo e fica próximo de inúmeros restaurantes, lojas, chocolaterias... Enfim, recomendo e voltaria novamente para o Hotel Bariloche by Tierra Gaúcha.
