Sudbrucke is a lovely hotel! The entire place is built of cypress and stone and is beautifully furnished. Our room was warm and comfortable, and we enjoyed access to a lounge area on the second floor with free hot and cold water. There was also a fireplace and hot tub that we did not take advantage of, and there is a small bar and restaurant in the hotel as well. Breakfast was good, offering breads, ham, cheese, yogurt, cereals, fresh fruit, juice, and coffee. We had one small issue on our last night at the hotel. When we got into bed to go to sleep, the top sheet ripped apart when we pulled it up. We were obviously surprised and felt really bad that this had happened, but we were simply pulling the sheet up as we do every night. We told one of the owners at breakfast the next day, and he seemed to be very upset so we offered to pay him. He asked us for 300 pesos, which we paid in cash. Although it was a small amount of money, that experience left us feeling disappointed about our stay.

Pousada linda e confortável

É um ambiente bem rústico, muito bonito. Os funcionários são solícitos e o café da manhã, embora simples, é satisfatório. A localização, se o objetivo for aproveitar o Cerro Catedral, é absolutamente perfeita. Fica bem ao lado da base, muito conveniente para quem vai esquiar. As opções para o jantar, no restaurante da pousada, são fantásticas. Comida excelente, não vale a pena sair para jantar nas redondezas. O único porém é que o wi-fi não funciona bem nos quartos.

Realmente muy buena la experiencia, el hotel cuenta con un ambiente muy cálido, todo en madera trabajada. El personal siempre con muchas ganas de complacer los requerimientos de los viajeros. Buen desayuno y una linda vista del Catedral

Buen servicio, buena comida, pero se escucha hasta la respiración de la habitación de al lado. Si pedís un secador de pelo no tienen.

Sencillo pero agradable

Impresiona como una hostería construída en la parte trasera de un bar-restaurant, de hecho la barra es la recepción misma de la hostería. Las habitacinoes están ok y el entorno es agradable. Tal vez un poco sobrevaluadas las habitaciones de acuerdo a al época del año. Buen desayuno.

Péssima localização para pessoas sem carro

A estadia fica no Cerro Catedral, localizado a 15 km de Bariloche, sendo inadequada para quem nao tem carro. Os ônibus que passam no Cerro saem de 1 hora de intervalo e o último ônibus de Bariloche para Catedral só é as 20:30 h, o que limita em muito o aproveitamento da noite em Bariloche. Além disso, os quartos não possuem nenhum isolamento ao mínimo de conversa que ocorre no quarto vizinho, inclusive com o som da ventoinha dos banheiros, assim, quando alguém chega tarde da noite nós nos despertamos e ficamos ouvindo os comentários das pessoas no quarto ao lado ao nosso. A cozinha não estava preparada para receber hospedes, assim era preciso reservar algo a tarde. No primeiro dia, solicitamos um prato que, além de caro (o dobro de um similar em um bom restaurante em Bariloche), não estava nada gostoso, mostrando o despreparo da equipe. No final de duas noites previstas em contrato, solicitamos o prolongamento da diária, visto que a estas alturas era mais fácil ficar no local do que se deslocar para procurar um outro. No check-out, nos cobraram por uma noite o valor de US$ 100, o dobro do que havíamos pago por uma noite. Achei uma extorsão, visto que no momento da solicitação do prolongamento da diária, nao foi me dito que a diária seria o dobro. Faço este relato longo, pois a atendente da pousada me disse que, para ela, nao fazia diferença nenhuma se eu fizesse os meus comentários no site HOTEIS.COM.
