Excellent stay in a beautiful condo!

The view of Lago Nahuel Huapi and the cathedral was spectacular! The day we got in, it was raining heavily and Eduardo at the office stayed later to ensure we had a list of places to eat as well as to buy warmer clothes which we had not packed.

Great apartment in an amazing location with a lovely view. Very close to the bus stop to get to lots of hikes. Cozy place and the hosts were very helpful. Felt very safe and secure. No AC in the apartment I was in but you can regulate the temperature by opening the windows.

Ubicación excelente en zona céntrica, para conocer Bariloche ciudad a pie, y muy fácil accesos a agencias de paseos. Un monoambiente sumamente limpio, con buena estética y calidad, con todas las comodidades, bueno para ir en pareja o con hijos adolescentes. Cocina equipada con detalles de cortesía. Excelente localização, aquecimento, toalhas, cama, atendimento, tinha até café, chás, sal... Limpeza poderia ser melhor. Em nosso quarto Otto, tivemos problemas com muita condensação, gerando um desconforto para nós, pois o quarto ficava sempre com aquele aspecto de úmido. Relatamos o problema ao estabelecimento, nos atenderam secando e limpando os locais úmidos, trocaram os desumidificadores, mas mesmo assim não resolveu. Como não tinham quartos disponíveis, eles não conseguiram nos realocar. Resolvemos essa questão deixando a janela do quarto entre aberta o tempo todo. Apesar desse inconveniente, eles se mostraram bem atenciosos para tentar resolver.

O prédio é super bem localizado, próximo ao comércio e vários bons restaurantes, bem conveniente para a saída dos passeios também. A unidade em que ficamos era super bem equipada, pratos, talheres, copos, tudo em ordem. A cama é boa, chuveiro excelente e o aquecedor funcionando. O único porém é que, caso vc tenha vizinhos barulhentos no prédio como nós tivemos, o som vaza bastante para dentro do apartamento. Enfim, gostamos e voltaríamos.

Estadia muito boa. O apartamento é bem localizado, limpo e seguro. Fica em um dos cruzamentos da rua Mitre. Dica: Quem alugar um carro, deverá sofrer um pouco para encontrar vaga, pois a área é bastante disputada por motoristas. Tive problemas com o sistema elétrico. Por várias vezes, o dijuntor disparou devido a um curto com o fogão elétrico. Colocaria um box no banheiro, porque o sistema de curtina não isola a área molhada da seca. Considero uma ótima relação custo x benefício.

Boa localização; cama e travesseiros firmes e muito bons; amenidades como café, açúcar, sal, papel toalha, que fazem a diferença. Nos dois últimos dias a água não esquentava bem e durante toda a estadia o vizinho de cima fazia muito barulho de arrastar móveis. Mencionei os dois problemas por WhatsApp mas não tive retorno.

Incrível! O check-in foi feito antes do horário, não precisei esperar. Facilidade, o proprietário passou: senha para acesso: AP, Wi-Fi etc. Cozinha equipada. No check-up por ser alta temporada tive que sair as 10, embora meu voo fosse somente 19:20. Porém o proprietário guardar as bagagens no escritório do imóvel onde tem um local próprio. Facilitou muito.

Boa localização próximo a av. Mitre, com boas opções de restaurantes e lojas. Ficamos no quinto andar. Apesar de não constar, há elevador. Fechaduras eletrônicas. Apartamento poderia ter melhor isolamento acústico e a cheiros, que vem de outros apartamentos. Edredon bem pesado, poderia ter algum mais leve. Banheiro possui banheira com chuveiro bem apertado, água escore pela banheira molhando todo banheiro, chuveiro bom. Ficamos hospedados por sete noites e havia apenas dois rolos de papel higiênico, sem reposição ou troca de toalhas, poderiam melhorar esse ponto já que são itens de baixo custo geram mais comodidade. Faltou água um dia a noite, e não tivemos nenhum retorno sobre o problema. Retornado a água apenas no dia seguinte pela manhã. Não há estacionamento no prédio. Região difícil de estacionar na rua. Em geral a hospedagem foi boa, com oportunidade de melhorar os pontos descritos.

Excelente apartamento no centro de Bariloche

Nossa experiência no apto foi ótima. A recepção e o suporte dos administradores foram muito bons. Os acessos ao prédio e ao apto são com fechaduras eletrônicas, o que facilita muito. A localização é excelente, ao lado da Catedral, próximo de todas as atrações da região central (Mitre, Centro Cívico, restaurantes, lojas, mercados, padarias, etc.). Alugamos carro e foi importante termos a garagem na hospedagem. O apto em sí é muito aconchegante, bem decorado e acomoda muito bem até 7 pessoas (só tem 1 banheiro). Tem um quarto com cama queen e um sofá na sala, e ainda conta com 2 camas de solteiro e 2 sofás no mezanino. Cozinha com cooktop, microondas, geladeira, torradeira e chaleira elétrica (poderia ter um forno). Área de serviço com tanque e varal. Mesa de refeição para 6 pessoas. SmartTV na sala e no mezanino. Calefação mantém a temperatura muito agradável (o mezanino fica um pouco menos aquecido, pois o sistema não chega até lá).
