I try to stay in HIE when I travel, and this is one of the best ones that I have stayed at. The staff was super friendly when they greeted us, and they were very helpful with changes that we had. The room was clean, as well as the fitness room and spa area. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff focused on keeping it stocked and clean. I would stay here again!

When we checked in the front desk girl had seemed a little stressed out and all over the place. She had meased up on my parents hotel room. My dad checked in and we left for a celebration and when we went back an hr later, my dad's key card stopped working. We went down to front desk but no one was there and waited 30 minutes. It got to the point where security had to go and get someone from the hotel next door. She helped fixed the key card but it turns out someone was put in that same room. Whenasked r o soak to the manager, they had no one in site. I was really disappointed comsidering the ratings and reviews i read.

The staff was excellent and very friendly. We had a few requests which they graciously granted. Our room was very clean. Easy parking right out front. We appreciated the 24 hour coffee station.

Lights at bedside didn't work, alarm woke me up at midnight which I didn't touch at all after entering room. Room was clean and pleasant. Staff who did check in was not familiar with her work.

Always a nice stay
Easy quick check-in. Clean. Quiet. They charge $14/day for parking now. Enjoyed the hot breakfast, but they had more options on Sunday than Monday. Key card stopped working randomly the 2nd day, but easily replaced.

2nd stay here, two night in King Suite 414. Huge room, comfy bed, good bfast. Musty towels for night one, 2nd night locked out of room when both key cards failed. Front desk agent said we must have both demagnitized our cards separately. Hmmm

Just got into our room and started to undress, when unexpectedly our room door opens and another couple was coming in. Freaked us out! Another couple were issued keys to our room my a new employee. This could have went so many different directions, fortunately we were there when they entered and was able to straighten out the room keys. Also, the floor we were in (4th) was really noisy, all night, door’s banging open and closing and we could spell pot in the hallway
