Before booking please know this one bedroom is not stand alone. There is also an short term rental in the main house, however the suite is completely private space with its own entry. There is NO shared space inside the suite. Please don't try to open front door to the main house. The door to the suite is located on the right side of the house nearest to the park.

You will feel like you are at home, in your one bedroom suite with private access that has keyless entry and includes a kitchenette, washer and dryer, cable and wifi. A home away from home.

By booking this suite, you are agreeing to the following:
To keep the premises in the condition that you received it in
It is in a quiet family oriented neighborhood, therefore no parties, no loud music.
You are responsible for anything that missing or broken during your stay
You agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay
No smoking on the property...there is a park literally next door if you must smoke

You will have the entire one bedroom suite to yourself. There is no shared space. There is however, someone next door in the main house. Enjoy

The neighborhood is nice and quiet and it is a neat community near great shopping, restaurants, movie theater and minutes away from downtown.

Uber and Lyft can get you around quickly.
Plenty of parking on the street if you have a rental car.
