"Pool didn’t look very clean. Didn’t seem to be heated. My room was clean. Breakfast was nice and staff was very pleasant. Area does not seem safe. Around midnight, a very large male pounded on my door several times. The office said they would call the police, but I never saw anyone come by. Staff was concerned, but there really wasn’t much they could do other than question the man, who was standing around smoking a cigarette in the parking lot, staring at my room."

"I was very surprised that I had to pay for parking. Hotels.com should in some way flag the additional cost. I may have selected a hotel that did not charge for parking, but it was already too late for me to change. "

"Room look felty; horrible bathroom the tub bottom it was peeling couldn't take shower look so gross! please don't rent a room like that please!!! bed wasn't too bad ! very little toilet paper "

"The room was clean, the refrigerator was larger than normal, had a microwave. Large bathroom and the shampoo and soaps were great. The breakfast was good. Different options. Good coffee. "

"really liked the tuscany vibe. exterior i thought was super pretty it has that disney fake but realistic look if that makes sense. staff was nice. walls super thin though got woken up to by a trashy lady getting railed. loved the pillows and bed height but didn’t like that the bedsheet not fitting the mattress right and half the mattress being exposed. It’s a cute place though!"
