"Property rooms, facilities and restaurants are all very good. Only areas that were not ideal for me is having a safe place to go on walks (have to walk on a very busy road with little shoulder space. Overall a very nice place to stay"
"Took us long time to find the place walking in circles with luggage as there is no sign with this name on the gate! Please fix this! Otherwise lovely apartment close walk to beach, restaurants, old town lovely. We loved Sperlonga and enjoyed use of beach club lounge chairs on the lawn area. "

There is a beach within 10 min walking distance. This hotel is situated in a round about but with the windows closed you don’t hear much of anything . This is located halfway between Rome and Naples. Great place Lori ate parking. Dolce breakfast. "

"Outstanding views, a fabulous beach, and some of the best service we have gotten anywhere. The manager was particularly helpful driving to get a piece of replacement luggage after it had been damaged on the flight. He insisted we go relax on the beach instead of going to a store. Everyone was wonderful! Food was also tremendous!"
