Upon reaching the resort, we were met with Federica. Super nice, very accommodating, helpful, and overall very professional.

We did get a Sea view, but really because it was in the high 90s we had to keep our shutters closed because of the heat. The air conditioning worked OK but with the high temperatures, it was just a lot for it to handle. You could go out on the balcony to enjoy the sea view if you wanted to.
