Cozy apartment in Olmos Park

Located in the Olmos Park neighborhood, this apartment is fully furnished and ready for your stay in San Antonio. Enjoy the dozens of dining, coffee and local shopping options in short walking and driving distance, including the Quarry Market. The apartment is located on the second floor of a quadraplex with an updated bathroom, kitchen, and new A/C window unit.

This one bedroom/one bathroom 700 square foot apartment is fully furnished. The apartment is on the second floor of a 1950s quadraplex with original hardwood floors- please expect some minor house noises.

Bedroom: queen size bed with sheets and pillows, extra blankets. Closet with hangers. Dresser with drawers and large mirror. Ceiling fan. Lamp. Windows with blinds and curtains.

Living room: large sofa, table with 4 chairs, 60 inch television, ceiling fan and an a/c window unit.

Kitchen: gas stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, ninja blender, keurig coffee maker, basic plates and cups, basic silverware, basic pot and pan.

Bathroom: shower with shower curtain.

Apartment is located on the second floor, must be able to climb stairs to access the apartment.

There is no on-site laundry. There is a laundromat down the street, Olmos Park Wash & Fold. It is an 8. minute walk or a 2 minute drive.
