"The moment I arrived I was offered complimentary drink that didn’t end up being complimentary. The rooftop pool area showed closed and when there was an event the didn’t want the guest to be there. They was very rude and said we can only sit in the 1 level, we sat down ordered food, then they came back and said we couldn’t sit where we was sitting. It felt like I was being watched and harassed. The staff truly made the experience unwelcoming with bad customer service. Great location but unwelcoming."
