"I stayed with my 3 friends in 2 rooms. I shared my room with one of my friends and had a great experience. The only issue was the electric plugs were a little lose. Everything else worked well. My other friends indicated their room had some issues with the TV not turning on and then not turning off, plus the same issue with the lose electric plugs. The room was clean and the cleaning staff was very good in keeping our room clean for the 6 days we spent there. The reception staff and Mr. Enrique were very helpful, polite and nice. Breakfast changed for the main entre every day! loved their breakfast options. We felt like we were at home."

"As a solo female traveler, this hotel was perfect for me. It’s approximately 10 minutes from the zocalo and about 15 from where most hotels are if you don’t mind walking a bit. The breakfast included every morning is delicious, the rooms are clean and safe and come with AC! I felt very safe at this hotel and at the city in general. The front desk was super helpful and booked me a tour to Monte alban. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone who wants some adventure and tranquility during Their stay."
