"We loved our stay! Excellent location, near heaps of restaurants, massage places, bars and shops. Hotel is beautiful, modern, with a comfortable room and bed, with automatic blackout blinds and awesome views of the city. Well known for its outstanding onsen and spa facilities - need to book in advance even if a guest. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, steam room and sauna facilities next to the gym. Highly recommend!"

"Overall excellent hotel. Rooms slightly small. Given outdoor pool is on roof it was colder then expected for swimming, heated pool would have been nicer. No other issues . Would definitely stay here again. "
