"No fault to the owners who were great but a brand new pipe burst behind the upstairs shower causing a major flood on the first floor. This happened after being charges 111.00 for a 2 hr. early entry when my wife needed to use the bathroom facilities. Fingerlake premier properties only wanted to comp us 60.00 to totally repack, move and unpack again. We were lucky the owners did a fast repair. Most likely will not use these people again."

"The location and house were ideal. We really enjoyed the comforts of home while staying there and the sunsets were spectacular. However, we were a little surprised by how hot it was inside the house for the first 4-6 hours there since the air conditioning had not been turned on prior to our arrival and it took a while to cool down. We also couldn’t use the oven on the first night there since the oven cleaner had been left on it. There were a few other minor issues that we had to have resolved as well. Fortunately , the support staff were very responsive, pleasant and helpful. "

"Overall everything was as advertised. The home was clean & well cared for. I would definitely recommend this home as a perfect house on a lake. It has a spacious deck off the living/dining room & a good size dock where my grandchildren enjoyed fishing. There are also 2 kayaks to use."
