"The weather did not cooperate so we were not able to enjoy the outdoor amenities but the home was lovely! Everything was well maintained and every attention to detail was met and exceeded! Coffee, tea and all the fixings for that! Lovely bedding, towels, bath supplies, games… you thought of everything!Thank you!"

"This property was located right on Seneca Lake and provided excellent views of the lake and easy access to local attractions. The only disappointment was that the private beach wasn't accessible due to extremely high water levels in the lake. The property was clean and though others commented that the furniture was older we found it charming. Beds in both bedrooms were comfortable and had very nice linens. James, the host lived right next door and he and his dogs came over to welcome us when we arrived. Thank you for a very nice stay. Looking forward to returning in the future."

"What a cute little hideaway cottage right on Seneca Lake! We loved how cozy the vibe was and that we felt like we were completely isolated while being walking distance to two great wineries and able to hop in the car and be to other amazing wineries and towns within minutes. The host will provide you with a list of recommendations- listen to them all! We lived by these recommendations our entire stay."

"I stayed at this property for a month due to damage from frozen pipes at my lakefront property in Lodi. The house was perfectly located, allowing me easy access to my home as mitigation and repairs progressed. I appreciated the 1st floor bedroom, on same floor as the bathroom! I missed having a closet in the bedroom though. The kitchen was very well supplied, and I made frequent use of the washer/dryer combo. I was able to set the thermostat to a comfortable heat and hold it there. With frequent snow showers I was very glad to be able to park close to the front door. February and March were very cold, rainy and snowy. The sump pump in the basement ran a lot, producing occassional damp and musty odors. I admit I was very sensitive to this, as I was dealing with similar issues at my home. "
