"Cayuga Lake is beautiful. For the house, we noticed the same things other reviewers commented on such as no comfortable loveseat or couch, so no place to relax, no window treatments on 1st floor. No AC on first floor with sun beating in sliding door & window. House can use a good power washing with lots of bugs & spider webs. No TV on first floor, only in bedroom. Dock is very nice, but walk to it is very steep gravel. Staircase is not comfortable with first step, no handrail at top portion and trying to go to the bathroom in the night. "
