The hotel room and facilities were wonderful. The saunas and relaxing spaces were most impressive and helped us relax after a long journey to Eugendorf, and again the following day after a thorough exploration of Salzburg. Breakfast very good. We all enjoyed it.The free bus service was an extra bonus to and from Salzburg. Couldn't fault our stay apart from it wasn't long enough and we are going to return in the autumn....

"I can’t recommend Hallstatt Hideaway enough! I arrived early and was able to keep my luggage with staff and checked in later. I had the most beautiful spacious room with a view of the lake that was breathtaking! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing delivered to my room with so many options. Hotel is steps away from the market and main shops and dining. I will definitely stay here again! "

"The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. My stay included breakfast, which was available between 7am - 10am. It meant that I didn't have to get up too early for it.
The spa and pool were great, very clean and also had amenities such as snacks, water and hot drinks. They were both open for very long hours so i was able to use them after I returned to the hotel after my day outs.
I would definitely recommend this hotel as it's in middle of Bad Aussee, just the spa and pool is worth going to!"
"Truly the greatest stop of our journey through the Alps this summer. We were torn whether to stay outside the city center at one of the other communities around Hallstatt but in the end we took the plunge and stayed at Heritage and it didn’t disappoint. We were able to amble through its quiet streets at night amidst the drizzle and rain and it was perfect. Throw in a good meal at the restaurant there when the other places in town were closed or fully booked and I’d go back again and again if I could. What a magical place Hallstatt is and what a way to complement it by the hotel."
